This manual discusses how to teach effective inquired-based lessons, provides challenging topics on primary science content knowledge with a focus on physics and chemistry and introduces zero and low- cost experiments. This manual can be used by teacher trainers, student teachers and primary teachers.

This book consists of 4 main parts.

Part 1: Inquiry-based learning focuses on characteristics of inquiry-based learning including its definition, the requirements for IBL-based lessons, process of IBL-based lessons, challenges and solutions in teaching IBL-based lessons.

Part 2: Content knowledge focuses on difficult physics and chemistry content including matter, pure substance and mixture, heat, force, etc.

Part 3: Chemistry experiments consists of how to do Chemistry zero or low-cost experiments related Chemistry with the links to textbooks following IBL procedure.

Part 4: Physics experiments consists of how to do physics zero or low-cost experiments with the links to textbooks following IBL procedure.
